SpyderByteis inspired by xStevenx. Reason: "I love this guy's attitude about his health and his life! He has taken the bull by the horns and is living on his own terms. "
This is how I used to look when I was taking Kanga-Creatine (from GNC Down Under). But now that I've switched, my hair grew and I have more sun protection for my eyes. I still have a pouch though.
Captain Ahab not only leads by example, but he makes a point to give words of encouragement to hundreds of people who are struggling. When I heard that BodySpace was getting this new "Most Inspirational" section, I was thrilled that we'd be able to honor Captain Ahab and his wife, as well as all the others who take time out of their day to help people who are too despaired to see the possibilities that lie before them. They are heroes who truly help people become their best selves.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can help make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Thanks for the encourgement Spyder. I actually took my PT test this morning and ran the 1.5 mile in 11:28 which is not bad at all for me. I wieghed in at 215 also so that made me feel a bit better.
Thank you for making sure that the blog worked. It is strange I can access it on firefox and not internet explorer. anywhoo, Things with the trainer are going well. I reached my weight loss goal and am now working toward my BF goal. The diet just changed on Monday, and I am feeling pretty goos just adjusting to less of a variation of foods, but it is incredibly worth it and I am now considering competition in the next year. :)
