My goal is to lose some bodyfat. I hope to tone my muscles and be leaner and stronger. I would like to be able to lift weights with my husband. Eventually, I would like a six pack.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

To achieve your goals, you must have a plan. Having no plan is a plan to fail. Sit down and think about what you want to accomplish.
