Why I Love It:
It is a healthy addiction, helps you be prepared for anything life throws at you, and it makes me feel accomplished
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to stay in shape for martial arts, and wanting to better myself, keeping the lost wieght off, and of course the mirror
BB Accomplishments:
Getting under 10% body fat, benching over my body wieght, being more physically fit than either of my older brothers who called me fat when I was younger.
I find her amazing to have done what she has done, and I know the hard work it takes to keep what she keeps, keep up the good work I might catch up someday, I would love to do exactly what you do and work in the fitness industry
