I needed to pack some muscle onto my sickly lil' 90-lb frame
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good (and look okay, too). The rush I get is great, and I've seen some progress (albeit slow).
How I Stay Motivated:
Feels good, and knowing how far I've come, and how far I could go.
BB Accomplishments:
Just doing it.

Not on the list? Don't worry! There's still plenty of chances to achieve good karma.
Overcoming anorexia... and becoming buff and strong. I wanna take on this lifestyle.
I want to be active, strong, fit, able to take a lot of pain and beat myself up and recover and feel great. I want to take myself to my potential leanness and fitness while I'm still young and this is still easy-ish (well, not)
I want to learn, but not just learn: put my learning into practice.
I want to be able to eventually handle killer complexes and brutal workouts. I want to beat myself up and survive.
I want to crank up my metabolism a whole bunch doing this. :)
I want to achieve hard thighs, muscular arms, a nice back, and a killer set of six-pack abs.
I want to feel that endorphin rush after every workout, knowing I gave it my all.
And I want to feel like this all the time. :)
Wow yeah I think your body is perfect to do figure competitions! i mean you vs that girl RIGHT NOW if you competed, i don't think shed have a chance, especially in a posedown, don't you agree? Youd own her...
Hi Lil, thanks for the comment. Secret? Not really, I actually dont target my abs, but I weight train 6 days a week and 30 minutes of cardio 5x's a week. Diet is hi protein with moderate carbs in the morning. Hope this helps a little. If I do abs, its hanging leg lifts & planks.
you definitely should give competing a shot! it becomes addicting after doing it once
go slow with the cut for sure.. pm me if you need any help or have any questions :)
