How I Started:
We were on a strict gym schedule for college softball to prepare us for the season. We rotated our cardio circuits and weight lifting weekly.
As far as working out- started after an injury recovery.
Why I Love It:
It's relaxing and lets me clear my head.

well that's freakin awesome. Its always great to see a strong girl, but you're way beyond that! You freakin BENCH way more than you weigh, and that's FREAKIN AWESOME!! I think you could compete in 2010...
