Increase intensity of workouts by decreasing the number of sets and increasing weight.
Goal (Long):
Build muscle while staying at 12% body fat or less
Dead lift=325, squat=275, bench=225, BB row=225, over head press=150
and/or 10 reps for
dead lift=250, squat=200, bench=170, BB row=170, over head press=115
Power lifting total of 1000 pounds by December 15.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
