It's not going right now...i'm playing soccer for my school and we have practice everyday so i don't have time. But I've lost 5 pounds of fat from all the running

idk, probably 3. i have practice on monday and wednesday and its hard to lift and have practice on the same day

No i dont have a myspace, but i do need to find a new routine because I start soccer practice tomorrow, and its gonna be hard to lift and have practice on the same day...But i probably wont be able to do anything till Wednesday because i have a sinus infection

ive never maxed out on squat, but my bench is 135...i know it sucks. I started at 95 at the beginning of my weight lifting class, and i only worked on upper body

damn!! k thats good to know... i took weightlifting for 9 weeks and my max went from 95 to 135

Hey man i was wondering if you could give me a little advice on diet and lifting. I'm totally lost. I've tried lifting about three times( at least a month at a time) and haven't seen any results so i often quit. If you could please help me out. Thanks

I read your blog and it showed me alot, but is there any easier foods since im only 15 and cant throw out all the bad foods and buy myself all the good stuff?

Hey, im kinda new to bodybuilding and i was wondering if you could help me out... 1st off I don't know how to train, like what routine to follow. and second, my diet is crap, but i don't know what to eat seeing how im 15 and can't really buy all the natural foods and stuff like that. Thanks
