I realized i was getting over weight and decided to start working out. About a year ago, i got to a healthy weight and stopped, but now i want to get big and cut
Why I Love It:
I am getting in shape and having fun doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at websites and other people that are in good shape and say I want to be like them.

I want to be in really good shape and have 10% BF. I also want to be happy with how i look. I never could really do a pull up so i want to be able to do at least 5 in 2 years.

So, me and my two friends started a split routine monday and it's going good. Mon.& Thurs. are legs and Tues. & Friday are upper body. I went up on almost every machine, but the only problem is i'm getting stronger alot faster than my partners. This would normally be good, but we were...
Then id do 3 sets if 12 reps, at about 70%. Make sure u get all ur reps in, this will tone and make u bigger. Then u gradually increse the weight. Id also do some cardio and crunches alone with the normal exercises like Overhead press, bench, deadlifts, squats, curls, bent over rows.
Cool, u should keep with it. Maybe start a 8 or 12 week plan and then stick with it. If u want i can help u out with finding one. If i were u id do a 3-4 day a week prog. Maybe for 8 wks. Id prob. do a 12 rep 70% lifts. Actually id also work on my core since u play sports. Do u have a MYSPACE?
