Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain muscle and lose my lovehandles. I really want a six pack
Goal (Long): I want to be in really good shape and have 10% BF. I also want to be happy with how i look. I never could really do a pull up so i want to be able to do at least 5 in 2 years.

Then id do 3 sets if 12 reps, at about 70%. Make sure u get all ur reps in, this will tone and make u bigger. Then u gradually increse the weight. Id also do some cardio and crunches alone with the normal exercises like Overhead press, bench, deadlifts, squats, curls, bent over rows.

Cool, u should keep with it. Maybe start a 8 or 12 week plan and then stick with it. If u want i can help u out with finding one. If i were u id do a 3-4 day a week prog. Maybe for 8 wks. Id prob. do a 12 rep 70% lifts. Actually id also work on my core since u play sports. Do u have a MYSPACE?

well if your looking for one that tastes good and has a pretty good amount of protein try syntha 6 ive been using it for the last 3weeks or so and the taste is amazing i have strawberry milkshake flavor and with milk it taste just like a strawberry milkshake

whats up man im in the same boat as you trying to get rid of lovehandles and lower abs. ive been using reduction by controlled labs and its been working good i can already tell it working after 2 weeks also theirs a free sample of it rite now on bodybuilding.com if you want to try it out good luck

hey lovehandles come from too many carbs and not burning them off, if you want to lose those, eat alot less carbs!!!

Just need to eat clean dude, no candy, no soda, no chips, pizza, any fast food, fried food.........Eat that lean beef, grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, oats, eggs, organic black beans, whole grain rice...etc...my diet basically consists of these foods everyday. Nick

lipo 6 is really not all that bad. Seriously after they removed ephedra from fat burners they are now about all about neck and neck. but it works well.

Caffiene is a great fat burner, as is asprin. Yu'll just have to try that and see how your body handles it!
