Background

When I Started: Jan 1996
HOW I STARTED:

I started bodybuilding as soon as I finished my short run at professional baseball. Once I decided not to play anymore, I entered my first competition and have been competing ever since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the way bodybuilding makes me feel like I am accomplishing something. It's exciting to see your body change for the better, to watch PRs go up, and see your condition improve with each competition.

apinian Hey Tommy, i have never been able to bring by bodyfat level really low, seem to be stuck at around 8 percent and have trouble placing in the top at the show, is there a trick to getting that absolutely shredded look where everything shows and all of the striations come out? so to go from 8 percent to 4 percent is it more dieting, calorie reduction? more cardio? any help with this will be appreciated thanks Jun 27, 2011 10:26am
