Diet is not so strict. Trying to bulk... I am stronger than ever. 190lbs.. BF% 1? Not liking the smooth look. I miss my 8-pack.

decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking
