yeah just eat a lot and if you do legs, do it till you drop. While your on this, you lift till it hurts, and then when you rest, you get back into it. I can see results after week 2. What i wish i did, and what you can do, is do high intensity cardio (15 min interval training)
Awesome progress from June 08 to Jan 09! You really cut the fat and gained some nice, lean muscle. How's training/progress going for you a full year later?
Really nothing special man... Just stay away from Sweets, White Carbs and you know, ****ty junk food in general. That's pretty much it for me :) Let me know if you have any specific questions. But on the side note, you look great, just keep doing what you doing and youll see more results.

Under the CONTROL PANEL on the right hand side - Go to “Edit Bodyspace”
Then under “My Global & Contact Preferences” click on “Edit Contact Preferences”
And then click the box that says “Enable Private Messaging (Send and receive messages from members, and view online.)”
And then hit the UPDATE button.
