When I Started: Apr, 2008
How I Started: I've always been interested in fitness starting at a very young age. My mom would take us to the gym to work out with her starting when I was 10 yrs old. From then one, I started to learn over time about dieting and the impact of fitness and health. Most of my family is very obese, and they also have a lot of health problems which I believe is a direct result of their unhealthy lifestyles.

One of my goals is to become a certified personal trainer.
Why I Love It: I like to see the physical changes that take place. I'm a very competitive person, so I think that's why I also enjoy it so much. I love it as much as I hate it sometimes.
How I Stay Motivated: Thinking about why I want to lose weight in the first place. Half of it is health, while the other half is that I want to feel comfortable in my own skin.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Looking to lose 30lbs of fat, and gain muscle!
Goal (Long): I'm going to try and lose 30lbs in 3-4 months, and I would also like to find the right weight training program so I can gain muscle properly. I used to be a fitness freak till I joined the Army and became somewhat lazy since joining. Looking back, I think I did too much weight training and without the proper breaks in days. So any advice would be appreciated!

We have a ball at training! And everyone is at different levels so even though its group training its customized to you...I hope you decide to come to try it out-we love meeting new people =)
