I started lifting weights at the age of 15 with a personal trainer who changed my life and my self love.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and I can eat whatever I want when running 4 days a week.

Sites like this and looking at my progress in the mirror. I want to keep looking this good.

It's been way to long since I checked up on all my friends here. Since I finished grad school and started a job, it has been hard to keep up. That and I realized that I was obsessing about food and working out, and it wasn't making me happy. When I stopped stressing and counting all calories...

Reason: It's a change from my normal protein drink and tastes great. It's low in sugar as well.
