How I Started:
I actually got started by taking a job as a maintanence tech at a YMCA. I've worked out since High School, but actually started body building in 2005.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump. It makes me feel like the Hulk.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of every piece of advice I've learned from watching Arnold in "Pumping Iron". Also, when you notice your body changing and becoming better, that keeps you motivated as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gained 25 pounds in the last three years and increased my bench by 100 pounds, as well as everyhting else.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I think any weightlifting done without a spotter is dangerous. But, if I had to pick one, it would be bench press because of all that weight hanging right over your head.
