My Weight Has Been All Over The Map.. My Progress Pictures Are Not Me At My Heaviest.
My Highest Weight was 173lbs when I was 20 years old. Had The Weight On For About Two Years. I Started Working Out With Weights, Walking, and Eating Nutrtitious Foods.
The Weight Melted Off & Kept I It Off Until 1998. I Slowly Crept Back To 142lbs.
In 2003 I Tightened Up My Nutrition Again & Got Back Down to 124lbs, My Current Weight.
Have Dedicated My Life To Staying Vibrant, Fit & Healthy.
Why I Love It:
I Love Bodybuidling Because It Keeps Me Strong & Fit. It Builds Curves In All The Right Places. Nothing Feels Better Than Feeling Great With Who You Are.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivations Is Easy. If I Don't Go To The Gym, I Beat Myself Up. I Don't Like Beating Myself Up With Guilt, So I Go.

Goal (Long):
I will loose the fat from my inner thighs, and the fat off the back of my hamstrings. I want to feel confident when wearing skirts and shorts.
I will build a rock hard butt that is lifted naturally.
I will build a strong and muscular chest.
