waddup bro, Im good friends with a lot of the trainers at my gym and I can tell you'd make a good trainer. you've got the build and def the attitude and enthusiasm for the industry, plus it pays well...and screw the kines degree, just get a cert. Personal experience and results matter a lot more to clients and a potential employer than a degree. cheers mate

you look really good bro, good luck with the lifts and the modeling...I got a question, did you see most of your size gains come when you were doing lifts for power and strength (5x5, 3x5, etc...). Like when your bench went from like 220 to 250, did you see a significant mass increase as well? cheers mate

ye man pay is good but lot of the day is spent preparing presentations. I love sports ‘n fitness and think a PT’s job must be awesome - to work at a gym, interact with people all day, and genuinely help people achieve their goals. It's cool that you're going into physical therapy, sounds like a job where you can really impact people's lives...I gotta volunteer at homeless shelters to get that kinda feeling heh...are you an independent trainer or do you work for a commercial gym?

sup mate, took my first MMA class it was pretty fricken awesome - learned the 8 points of contact (MT) and did a lot of bag work - fingers/hands are sore like no other haha.
hey wat kind of gym training do you do outside of MMA conditioning? is it mostly circuit stuff (i.e. KB's, plyometric, bodyweight exercises)? Cheers

got it thas cool, I think imma go to a MMA/BJJ class nearby and see how it is. I already do a lot of conditioning exercises like pushups, dips, pullups with no rest - hate it cuz it makes me wanna puke sometimes haha but its all good. nice armbar vid, looks wicked painful!

not right now, I want to get into muay thai but Im not sure how else I can train for it besides just take classes and spar...what kind of conditioning stuff do they do in yer class?
