thanks bro! Just holding on to that weight and pushing hard. Overloading the shrugs and always ending with one or 2 sets of drop sets. I would be no where without NO2 and caffeine!
Good luck with your goals!

Commercial gym setting. I like not having to put up with marketing myself that much and wouldnt like to be running from gym to gym all the time. But on the flipside i would like to keep more money per session than i currently get, but oh well gotta weigh the options. Good luck with putting on the muscle man!

Usually basketball just takes care of the cardio for me but when i've been injured I was on the bike alot. Intervals really shed fat for me. I'd do them 10 minutes at a time, like two or three sets with stretching in between. Diet is the absolute key though. For me it's lots of protein, some complex carbs and zero sugar. I really believe diet is 80% of how ripped you can get. Hope that helped man, good luck.

Wicked man, glad you enjoyed it. I havent been since last week unfortunately from being tired after a heavy weekend! I mainly do freeweights and the usual compound workouts at the gym. Depends with different people though. Im trying to bulk up a bit now so thats why I dont do much bodyweight stuff. You gonna train mma regularly then mate?

Lessons normally consist of warmup – skipping, running, stretching etc. then traditional Muay Thai techniques - clinch work and combo’s, conditioning - varies but our instructor usually tries to make us feel like throwing up. Pummeling the bag till you cant raise your hands, pushups, back up to pummeling and repeat. Switch to kicks – kickwork constantly, squats or situps, repeat. Then leg raises, then sparring. I’ve probably missed some stuff but Its pretty harsh. Wicked for fitness.

Yeah, been out of it for a little while though due to working longer hours which sucks. Mainly Jujutsu and MMA these days. Dont do any particular training for it, apart from the conditioning work we do while in class. Other than that just hitting the gym as normal. You train MA mate?

Hey man, starting strength is an awesome way to start crossfit if you feel you need more strength. But make sure you do you heavy days when you're doing a crossfit program, you should be getting strong with crossfit too.
