Am now a certified NASM personal trainer in the Dover/Portsmouth area, sponsored by ******** and have excellent cross training background
I got started like any other Under Dog, by being told by everyone I wasn't big enough to play with the big boys when I was 13, so starting off five days a week Monday through Friday 6am till noon yup six hours for 4 months I quickly caught up to the Big Boys.I've always believed that athletes in no matter what sport should never be satisfied with their current level of talent. We as a nation should be striving to better ourselves everyday. I will never be satisfied with any accomplishment I ever achieve because as soon as I am, I will lack the drive to stay on top and other will pass by. Being good is never good enough only loser are satisfied with mediocrity. Live to be better or just die already.
Why I Love It:
So I can one day say I did something with my life, that I enjoyed doing, it kept me in good health and it got me somewhere.
How I Stay Motivated:
How do I stay motivated? Its just in me. Is it in you? When life throws you an obsticale ask yourself this do you take it as an excuse or do you make no excuses, get through the obsticale and get your ass in the gym? I get my ass in the gym, from there its game time.

Goal (Long):
Everyone who paid attention probably noticed I gain very fast and with great results. I'm going to shoot to get to 215 and then shred up as much as possible over the span of a year. Its amazing to me how much I can accomplish when I set a goal and I grab the bull by the horns and go at it. Wish me the best of luck becuase as of today its on once again. I hope to be gain 10 pounds the first month which shouldn't be a problem.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Well I guess it wasn't my fualt I had a lack of direction and leadership or properly role modeled on how to lift effectively. I lifted 6 hours a day 5 days a week mon-fri 6am till 12
