Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Christopher Ash

Male
Age:
20
Location:
Auburn, Maine, United States
Occupation:
John F. Murphy Homes
Personal Website:
Gym:
Fitness World 24/7
Gym Location:

When I Started:
Jun, 2002
How I Started:
I got started like any other Under Dog, by being told by everyone I wasn't big enough to play with the big boys when I was 13, so starting off five days a week Monday through Friday 6am till noon yup six hours for 4 months I quickly caught up to the Big Boys.I've always believed that athletes in no matter what sport should never be satisfied with their current level of talent. We as a nation should be striving to better ourselves everyday. I will never be satisfied with any accomplishment I ever achieve because as soon as I am, I will lack the drive to stay on top and other will pass by. Being good is never good enough only loser are satisfied with mediocrity. Live to be better or just die already.
Why I Love It:
So I can one day say I did something with my life, that I enjoyed doing, it kept me in good health and it got me somewhere.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the big picture that even though I'm not at where I want to be right now, I have to step back and realize I just turned 20 and lifting is a lifelong journey. I want to compete now but I'm not going to be discouraged if I don't win right away. I understand this sport is a years sport. There will never be a guy in his early 20's winning Mr Olympia.
BB Accomplishments:
Transformation from toothpick, to a 3 year away competitor. Staying fairly thick while being a dedicated successful sprinter in high school being able to long jump 20 feet and high jump 6 feet being only 5'6 at the time and also being decent at hurdling.

Come hell or high water I will get my pro card and stay natural doing so. Then I'm going to rub it in the faces of anyone who has ever doubted me and continue to be successful till the day my heart stops beating and I'm 6 feet deep.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
A deadlifting injury, its Febuary 18th and still dealing with it, been dealing with it for about 2 months now. Surgeon said I have either a torn ligament or muscle in my left lower lumbar, treatment is to back off and take 3 advil 3 times daily for three weeks, I saw the doctor on the 12th of Febuary.
My Other injury was the result of over training, I partially tore my left patella tendon, ket running on it and then found a year in a half later that when it had healed it formed extra tissue in my knee and I had Microscopic surgery to get it shaved down. That was in April of 07 and I'm just now Febuary 18th 2008 getting along in all my workouts with no swelling of any kind, which is translating to big gains in my legs.A deadlifting injury, its Febuary 18th and still dealing with it, been dealing with it for about 2 months now. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Check it out, I know my side chest needs to be up standing taller and the quality on my saratus sucks but tell me what you think http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtEFGVv7P Z0
Wow haven't updated this in a bit. Main focus right now and its been a bitch getting used to is Time Under Tension. Each set regardless of the reps has to last atleast 30 plus seconds, typically a rep is 3.5 to 4 seconds down and 1.5 to 2 seconds up. During bulking phase calories intake is...
lol..ok yeah I agree.. your quads are almost overpowering your upper body in some shots.. just be careful which angle you take pics from..you gotta keep those hams/quads under control..hahaha
No, Bro. Each of them have a novice, open (advanced) and pro category... check out their sites.. www.fameworldtour.com and www.musclemania.com
They each have pros and cons to them.. check it out and holla
Bro...as a natual, Musclemania and FAME are the best overall...they are basically the same format. Since I am a little bias towards mie..I would say FAME is better...but you have to look at each of them. Best of luck though!

Dude that is a good problem to have your upper body will make big gains fast. I ran long distance in college and ran my ass off. I wish I had your problem I'm suffering form the "skinny fat guy syndrome",LOL. You know From your pic you look balanced to me just hammer those pecs.
Cool, dude I really liked the no-xplode but had to get off that stuff they are getting in big trouble with false advertisements and the trust has been broken for many. This stuff is too expensive to be short changed and lied to. I switched to Super Pump 250 and what a difference. Regardless what ever works for ya and keep up the great job.
Thanks for comment on my blog bro. Yes your right about food frequency. Besides calorie reduction, small and frequent foof intakes definately make the metabolism much for effective. Thanks again!
