haha, well yea being a mid distance sprinter, I am doing a lot of short fast interval training. 200m and 400m sprints with about 2 minutes of rest in between each, really keep the heart rate in fat burning zone, as well as a hell of a cardio workout.

thanks man. bulking has been going good. kinda hard since i am running track and doing a lot of cardio, but that is helping me keep lean while putting on mass. so far i've upped my weight 15 pounds in 3 months, and i've only put on a couple pounds of fat.

Hey Nick, long time no talk. Hows training been? I had a question, wondering if you wouldn't mind adding some input. I am trying to bulk up right now. I've been writing down everything I am eating and I've kept my calorie intake right where it should be, and I need to control my fat intake (too high), and my protein (too low). I am currently taking my protein supps and I eat plenty of meat and drink plenty of milk, but I still get too much fat and not enough protein. Any ideas?

training has somewhat slowed this week. i got sick toward the end of last week along with a lot of stress so i didn't lift thursday or friday or over the weekend. i did some light stuff today to get back into it, and i'll continue that for the week. then next week im gonna tear it up again!
