Overall Goal: I would like to improve for track and field. I hope to improve my size and strength while maintaining a lean body mass ideal for Sprinting.
Fit Status:
Training for track and field. Time trials on Nov. 23rd and 24th.
It gives me a rush of energy. When I am in the gym nothing can stop me. I feel like a hurricane on a path of destruction. My "warm water" (fuel) is the blood running through my veins. People are unsure what to think because seeing such a little "storm" they are unsure of the amount of force it can unleash.

And if at the end of the day, there is someone stronger than you, wake up early the next day and lift. And if at the end of that day, there is someone faster than you, wake up early the next day and run. Just like shampoo, rinse and repeat.

I would like to improve for track and field. I hope to improve my size and strength while maintaining a lean body mass ideal for Sprinting.
Goal (Long):
I hope to put on 10-20 pounds of lean muscle mass within the next couple years and keep my body fat % around 5% or lower. I hope to improve my strength enough to get a bench up over 250 and a squat up over 400. I hope to have a very defined body along with a great vascular look. I hope to be weighing in around 165-185 pounds with a 5% or lower body fat by the summer of 2012. I am a competitive athlete in Track and Field, and hopefully, should my days of Track and Field come to an end, I would like to begin competitive bodybuilding and power-lifting.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Incline dumbbell curls. They put a lot of strain on my bicep to contract without moving my shoulder.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Tricep rope pushdowns have worked best for me. They give me a good range of motion and I can really focus on locking my arms and just focus on using just the tricep.
