I hope to be weighing in around 165-185 pounds with a 5% or lower body fat by the summer of 2012. What bicep workout has worked best for you?

Shortly after the new year, things started to go south for me. Me and my girlfriend of over a year, decided to take a break and focus on school. Although its best for both of us, it sure didn't feel that way. I went...
Thanks a lot Matt! Lookin great yourself man! Yes, I would definitely have to recommend CL's supps! Even before I was picked up by CL, I was a huge believer in their supplements. WF, GM, and PurpleWraath are honestly my 3 favorite supps and make for a killer stack! Check out my workout journal located in my thread section when you get a chance..Hope all is well.
