How I Started:
I was in decent shape in high school from doing sports - but college was a different story. I did very little physical activity and gained about 15 lbs :(
I received motivation from my better half and he continues to support me everyday. I'm so thankful for having some one who's supportive and informative about fitness in my life!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush that I get from working out. Feeling strong is amazing. I enjoy doing practical training that I could potentially use if there's some kind of D-day. I know, weird.
I also don't want to belittle the fact that it's nice to look good in a bathing suit!
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com profiles, Jamie Eason, setting goals for myself, positive thoughts and positive results!
BB Accomplishments:
Going back at it, day after day.

These photos were taken before I started the Body-For-Life competition. They're gross and I don't like looking at them, but this is why we're all here, right?
I just can't flex my abs enough to make them show! Haha!

I definitely feel sexier and that's boosted my confidence. This carries over into my relationship :)

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I've become more organized and motivated in everything I do. I cleared out the garbage in my fridge and I kept on going with all the rest of the garbage in my life.
And I apologize for that!!! You know how the holidays are....family, parties....FOOD! Shew, glad it's all over with. I know, it's February - but the holidays are a crazy time and it takes a while for me to get over them. Ha!
Anyways, back in the saddle again and doing things differently...
Aaaah think I got it now. Well either you have extremely stubborn curls or fantastic genetics for biceps development. So keep up the great hair straightening work! ^^
