How I Started:
I was always interested in strength training. The idea of being strong and feeling confident were always important in my life. I started bodybuilding seriously over the last year.
Why I Love It:
My goal is not to just look strong and be aesthetically pleasing, but actually be strong. Strength is power that no one can ever take away from you. You may never attain perfection in your life, but at least you can through around 200 pounds like it's a rag doll!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
You have to actually enjoy lifting and bodybuilding to do it over the long run. If you are doing something you enjoy, motivation is not an issue.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained strength and power over the last year, as well as a foundational muscular build in which I can improve on from every year here on out.

sounds like you lost a good bit of fat. your triceps look pretty thick as well.
