PAHAWG
PAHAWG Do it once a week no lockout no bounce with your heels elevated on a 2X4 The weight is resting on your front shoulders you will feel it isolate your quadriceps. Do it by time not reps 1 set 2 minutes straight keep a garbage can handy you may feel the need to throw up. Use only the bar and go as deep as you can but no bounce. You will only need to do this once a week to allow your body to recover. Aug 31, 2011 6:54am
