going for perfection, so when i see anything that needs bringing up i fix it, thats my motivation
BB Accomplishments:
I'll say this here: i really dont beleive in supplements and drugs and everything.Everything should be natural,no supplements nothing, i think its better for your your mind knowing that your body is doing it all with natural food, no shortcuts.like that steve reeves guy said: if you cant get a good body naturally play golf.........well something like that hahahah
Hey bud, do you ever find you get clicks and cracks e.g. in ankles, wrists and shoulders etc, in and out of the gym? I get them quite a bit (not painful though). I'm just asking as you are about the same age as me and the osteopath said it can happen if you grow suddenly, or have a growth spurt. Thanks in advance.
seems to be a number of former swimmers on here...i really let myself go when i stopped...now trying to get back into a healthy shape...good luck with your goals!!!
Hey Leigh, thanks for the comment about my calves. What I do to work them. Instead of just keeping my heels inline with my legs during calf exercises, I keep the balls of my feet inline with my legs but position my heels both inward and outward to punish my calves at different angles. I use heavy weights with no more than 5 sets of 12 reps. Keep training strong. -Jeff
