Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I moved to a new city for grad school and wanted to do some personal development while I didn't have that many other distractions.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I find it helps my confidence, energy levels while helping to relieve stress.

jessymonzon Hi Special87. I didn't go to the gym yesterday. I was not feeling good and not feeling better today. But this is not going to stop me today for going to the gym. How is it going. Sorry didn't reply to yuuo yesterday. Your know make those muffins that Jamie has on her site. They are really good and they fill you up good. jessymonzon Hi. I sure want to help you on the transformation. I need that too.:) I will start my week 4 today. It has been really hard for me I am enjoying this. My husband is my inspiration and support. He is doing better than me but I know I can do it, wait we can do it. How are you doing with your meals? do you eat 6 times a day?
