How I Started:
Enough of bodyweight exercices, to grow muscular mass and build strenght, bodybuilding was the answer.
In 2002 i bought my barbells, since 2004 i have been lifting.
***Cardio (running or at least walking)
5/6 x day Week
30minutes to 1hour and half ++
Stretching 3x week ++
Legs workout up to twice a week, one hour maximum.
Compound exercices up to 16sets, 10 to 20reps, dynamic movement using Medium Heavy weight, full range of motion,...

u r so awesome, i think i going try the diet u listed out for me. and i also gets whey protein to help me build up muscle and starts eating clean but keeping eyes on me, i might cheat sometime! haha
