How I Started:
I grew up playing sports, and was lucky enough to excel in a few of them...that was the start of this journey.
Why I Love It:
I love leaving the gym knowing I just took time out of my day to better myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Great music and seeing results.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Typically I rest 60-90 seconds. I also do abs during "rest" breaks, just because I like working them every time I'm at the gym.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually go 8, 6, 4...because I go heavy, and by the final rep of each set (3 total) I achieve fatigue in the muscle group I am targeting.
