I started lifting on a regular basis all last summer. As soon as I got back to school I relapsed back into eating junk, not working out, and partying. I'm trying to get into a fit, muscular, healthy physique to enjoy the summer.
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling after your finally done, you might be sweaty but you feel healthy and glad you did it. Also like the sore feeling next day that lets me know I'm making gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that when I'm done, and the looks and comments I get will be well worth the trouble.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't feel like I have accomplished much but I'm looking forward to getting lean, losing fat, getting lean, and gaining strength are my main priorities.

This was me after being sedentary and not doing any kind of exercise since 9/07. I sat around and ate whatever I wanted after having a decent summer getting into shape. I started my 12-week transformation goal the next week.
This is at the end of week 3. I have already went from 198 to 190, and I'm going to get my body fat % measured this week.
Well, I'm finally getting serious about getting into shape so i figured I'd join something like this to keep me accountable for what I have started. Hopefully if everything goes to plan, I will be tracking my progress and gains towards my goal of being around 170 lbs. with a body fat % between...
