How I Started:
My best friend growing up got into body building years ago and i always wanted to keep up with him but he was building so much faster than me...so i finally started talking with other body builders i work with and decided its time to get into shape
Why I Love It:
i like the strength im gaining, and the control over what my body is doing, and the attention from the ladies is always a plus
How I Stay Motivated:
keep measuring my body and talkin with friends and family
BB Accomplishments:
gained 15 pounds in 2 months and jumped on my bench press from 180 to 210 in one month...

No! The two times per week thing is working great! I notice a difference. I recover quickly too. Plus, i try to do different exercises, so I dont have too much of a problem! Hows everything for you?

Yea it is expensive but worth it, if you can have it. I dont know, id like to gain 5 pds in my hamstrings alone!

haha! Are you going to try a gainer? Hit the calves hard. I find if you do it properly (15-20 reps) and keep going heavy- they respond really well
