Hi there and thanks. My full workout is on my Bodyspace page. I don't do a lot specifically for abs - just side bends once a week and not very often some crunches and similar. They seem to get a good enough workout simply as a stabilizer for the compound lifts.

About advice on traiing shoulders i'll just say I do a LOOOT of side raises and quite heavy actualy. A lot of rear raises too. Not so much presses though.It works for me.

Yep. I love them. I saw them live in Birmingham. I was going to see them at download but i'm going to be in LA and will miss it. I hope they release an acoustic album. I think Myles' voice can carry it off well.

Well for shoulders I believe in heavy weight ... ofcourse I was not always strong but I can do a modest set using the 110lbs. dumbells for 4 to 6 rps.
