How I Started:
I got started after coming back off a summer holiday and looking at some pictures, at the time I weighed in at 138kg most of it fat and very little muscle, so the same day I joined the local gym, didn't even look round just signed up. I am now a part time group fitness instructor at the same gym and teach RPM, Circuits and Crew.
Cool, you teach RPM? Any other Les Mills classes? I used to take RPM when i was in the gym. That was a workout, NO JOKE! Made my booty hurt. Yeah, the eating clean can be hard sometimes, i get in a funk where i crave the junk. Best of luck to you!
Yeah, i do really need to work on that. I dread the dreadmill really. I have to achieve that goal though. Since i put it out on blast and all...LOL. How are things with you?
