I have been going to the gym on and off for a couple of years now. Since I just finished up with school, I have a lot more time to devote to myself...and making my body look the way that I want it too!
Why I Love It:
Its that feel good thing... :) 'ain't nothin to it but to do it!'

Eh, I usually don't stay motivated for very long, since I like a lot of variety in my life...hopefully this time it will change. "Your body is your biggest advertisement of whether or not you are living optimally"

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Well any sort of grunting is for guys, n I am far from a guy, so I definately do not do it!

Great. I work out 15 minutes a day. 4 days a week and am trying to throw in some HIIT stairmaster. Hurts so good hahaha. But anyway check out my new pics(the first 3-4.) I found this workout that is 15 minutes pick two diff bodyparts...say bi/tri squat/shrug and go back and forth for 15 minutes with as little rest as possibe but no more than 1 minute between at very most. You could do heavy or light. I know it SOUNDS ridiculous but see for yourself. Well your turn.
