I have been going to the gym on and off for a couple of years now. Since I just finished up with school, I have a lot more time to devote to myself...and making my body look the way that I want it too!
Why I Love It:
Its that feel good thing... :)

How I Stay Motivated:
Eh, I usually don't stay motivated for very long, since I like a lot of variety in my life...hopefully this time it will change.

Goal (Long):
I would like to compete in a figure show and possibly model one day...
Not only does Anthony have an amazing physique, but he is truly an amazing person on the inside as well. He is always willing to help and motivate everyone else who wants to accomplish their fitness goals. My life wouldnt be complete without him :)

Thank you luv!!! This week is going to FLY by sooooo fast!!!!!!! I am in sooooo much pain....I did lunges until I almost threw up yesterday and now my butt is killing me!!!!! It hurts to sit down...HAHAHAHAHA!

Great. I work out 15 minutes a day. 4 days a week and am trying to throw in some HIIT stairmaster. Hurts so good hahaha. But anyway check out my new pics(the first 3-4.) I found this workout that is 15 minutes pick two diff bodyparts...say bi/tri squat/shrug and go back and forth for 15 minutes with as little rest as possibe but no more than 1 minute between at very most. You could do heavy or light. I know it SOUNDS ridiculous but see for yourself. Well your turn.
