I have been going to the gym on and off for a couple of years now. Since I just finished up with school, I have a lot more time to devote to myself...and making my body look the way that I want it too!
Why I Love It:
Its that feel good thing... :) 'ain't nothin to it but to do it!'
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually don't stay motivated for very long, since I like a lot of variety in my life, but my boyfriend keeps me on my toes! Hes an amazing trainer he keeps me motivated to DO WORK! DWC is an excellent source of inspiration and is full of dedicated people who love to kill it in the gym! "Your body is your biggest advertisement of whether or not you are living optimally"

Still? He told me the other day that he had a cold and thought he would be back to work today. Is he? Oh by the way. I never did that but when I was a kid I worked at a gas station and forgot to take out the pump and then car drove away and broke it. That suxcked!!!
