I have been going to the gym on and off for a couple of years now. Since I just finished up with school, I have a lot more time to devote to myself...and making my body look the way that I want it too!

Eh, I usually don't stay motivated for very long, since I like a lot of variety in my life...hopefully this time it will change.

Hi simply beautiful Steph im doing great thanks and working and training hard aswell I did a photo shoot over the weekend with a local photographer at a gym i train at just a warm up to my big one on the july 20th 2009. Just leaning out some more aswell Hows your training going? You look fanastic aswell
i know i could look waaay better if i wasn't so up and down with my diet!! so right now i have to learn to be consistent!! unfortunately for me. . .it's much easier said than done!! hehe:)
hmmm. . .that sounds like a good idea!! cause usually i'll do good for the whole day, then at the end of the day i'll go grocery shopping or something and end up buying my cheat stuff there!! which is really bad, cause i buy waaay more than needed!! lol:) i think maybe i'll try the cheat right before bedtime. . .especially if it then means no binging!! :) thanks for the suggestion!!:)
Yeah I'm good cheers, working hard and trying to train harder!! haha! Nah I'm enjoying my training at the moment, i think I'm making some gains towards my goals...
what's your new program? i don't have anything that i'm following right now. i've doing classes 3 times a week, and then lifting weights 3 times a week. then for my eating. . .i just try to eat as clean as possible! i know i'm gonna cheat, but it's a matter of keeping it to that one cheat instead of binging! that's what i have a really hard time with! i end up going waaaay over board!:( so i think i can keep it to a cheat a week or so. . .i can make some real progress!
i've been doing pretty good! workouts have been great! the eating has been okay. for the most part i've been eating clean with screwups here and there!:) how about you?! how you been doing?
