How I Started:
Decided my childhood insecurities from being overweight had ruined enough of my life to that point and were getting worse...the last straw was the end of a relationship with an ex g/f in which that directly led to our demise. Nuff said...
Why I Love It:
Best natural high i've experianced...brings me to a level of peace and happiness uncomparable to almost anything in my life. It's a neverending struggle within oneself which leads to a constant feeling of success by proving to myself everyday that i can accomplish anything i set my mind to.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror and smile!. Think about myself in the past and how insecurities with my body always led to a dumb mistake or terrible outcome.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 40lbs of fat and replacing it with lean muscle. Completely changing my diet into a lifestyle which im totally content with thereby allowing me to hopefully live as healthy and long a life as possible with no regrets!

I am reading your profile and I see there are several similarities, the main one being that I started my transformation (in month 7 now) after my bf broke up with me, so I can empathize with people in this situation.
