I really started taking exercise seriously in 2006 especially when I realized how great it made me feel.
Why I Love It:
I just love how good I feel after a hardcore workout. Total natural mood elevator!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just reading about all of the people on this site that have trained and transformed their bodies is very motivating. I especially love the before and after pics. Truly amazing how you can change your body if you just put in the time and effort.
I would love to compete in a fitness competition but don't have the first clue as to how to train for this kind of thing. The ladies that have achieved this are truly amazing, I just wish I knew how to get there. Nothing I read seems to give me a full and complete breakdown of what is necessary to do this. I guess I'll keep looking! :)
I worked biceps, tris and chest. Not my favorite body parts, so I have a little trouble really getting into it. Then again, I am working these areas on the machines as opposed to the free weights which I'd rather do, but again that's in testosterone zone... I really need to get over it! ...
