I started lifting because i got drafted to play collage football at FSU. unfortunatly for me there was a HUGE difference between high school ball and collage ball. I was getting crushed as a 175 lb running back. so i decided to do something about it. Now i am a 220lb of muscle, and do more "crushing" then getting crushed haha.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel when im in the gym. I also love the feeling of walking into the room and have everone look at you and whisper to their friends "damn, that dude is huge"
How I Stay Motivated:
Its tough ill admit but i have a good grp of friends that dont let me quit
BB Accomplishments:
I have always wanted to say that i could Bench over 400lbs, and two months ago i did it.

I recently noticed that my cloths have gotten bigger and my shirts dont fit my arms as tightly as they used to, people have told me that i shrunk a little and its is starting to get to me. So i have now found a way to put more focus on the gym and NOT have it affect my work. I WILL get back to where i used to be.... maybe even better. - Spade
