My mom found old pictures. I started weight lifting in a young age, I was 13 if I remember right. In this picture I am 14 years old with one year lifting experience. I think I could bench press 165Lbs for one rep then and I weighed 140 Lbs.

I used a lot of alcohol and drugs back then and it can be seen easily on my body composition. I still managed to go gym every week, because it has been a way of living quite a long time.

I had been couple months in a drug rehab facility and there I had nothing to do but to eat and lift weights. Then I was also on meds that caused me to put on weight.
