How I Started:
My uncle had olympic barbell, rack and plates from 50s. My dad had been training in the 80s and he built a home gym to our basement. It was really cold there but it didn't matter as lifting weights was really fun. My hands didn't freeze on the bar if I kept intensity up :)
At the age of 15 I got my bench press record to 215 lbs (95 kgs). But soon later I started drinking alcohol every weekend and my record was long time much less than that. I started also using drugs and all went bad.
After I got sober 2008 Sep I have been getting really good results...
Why I Love It:
It gives me euphoric sensation after I have done a good workout. And I love being more powerful and bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want that my goals change to results. It helps me staying sober!
BB Accomplishments:
Bench press
215 lbs, 95 kg
at the age of 15 , weighing 145 lbs

My mom found old pictures. I started weight lifting in a young age, I was 13 if I remember right. In this picture I am 14 years old with one year lifting experience. I think I could bench press 165Lbs for one rep then and I weighed 140 Lbs.
I will have some stretch marks, I need to fill out lower abs.
