Review: This is creatine, and creatine is one of the most studied supplements. We all know it works as I've seen strength and recovery benefits. My only problem with this creatine is that it is labeled as unflavored but it really is flavored. It's quite difficult to choke down to be entirely honest. You need something heavily flavored to mask the cinnamon taste of this creatine. For that reason only I give this product a 9/10.

Review: This is a great preworkout for the money. You get 32 and more servings for 30 dollars. You will never need to exceed 1 scoop and I personally started off at 1/2 a scoop. Never had a single bad workout, helped get active after the work day and in the gym. Workouts exceeded 2 hours and felt great, mind muscle connection was pretty good but not incredible. You don't feel cracked out and it doesn't taste half bad either. I broke several PRs on this supplement, and I can attribute part of my success... Go to Supplement Review
