I lifted for many years then kind of layed off as I have gotten older.Sylvester Stallone was always a idol of mine growing up, and I always wanted to be cut up like him.
Why I Love It:
It is a great feeling to feel so pumped up and it gives you more energy from day to day being in shape

I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) feel and look better than we ever have. I pretty much stick with high intensity weight training and I eat a diet consisits of hardly no grains. Meat, fruit, vegetables, and healthy fats. Check out Gym Jones, Military Athlete, and Crossfit for training ideas.
Hey, Glad you are still keeping it up in the fitness world! Man, I am so far behind it, I'm in front of it! There was so much going on with life in general I barely had time to keep it together! Anway, I have to do like my page says and stay consistent no matter what!!
hey m8 the weather here has been awesome for the past 2 days!! my workout this morning was very good! had a great feel throughout the workout! i love the gym man!!!

im doing great allmost back to full workout i can do any wide grip pull ups yet it kinda pulls through my gut area but i feel great i lost some mass but have gained back 5 pounds all ready im 178 was 182 i want so bad to bust the 200lb this year im gona eat like a lion thanks for checking on me how are your workouts going im offshore for the next 10 days im tired of this iron island tried of pole valuting out of bed too lol.
i believe u it's not strange, i feel this way sometimes but i'm try to stay highly motivated mainly with music, it helps me a lot:) i bought today Optimum Micronized Creatine Powder and i'll start it tomorrow, i'm looking forward for any results, i'm very curious and excited..:)
going good had hernia surgery 2 weeks ago havent worked out yet today im gona do some light weights shoulders and arms a T-shirt workout lol your looking jacked dude the oil field is still out here i had to take another week off due to surgery but im headed back out on the 1st, you got to love it lol, your looking jacked dude keep up the good work.
Trying to re-acclimate my hours since opening my new office, so I am working out no later than 5:30 AM, and then I have cardio and perhaps another split in the evenings between 7-8 PM.
