Workout Program:
Currently im using a A1, B1, A2, B2 split with 4 lifting days and 3 rest days per week. I work each muscle twice a week doing each exercise once a week. I am not working my legs right now due to a pinched Sciatiac nerve from over tightness. I didnt stretch enough! Im not doing any cardio right now since im in a bulking phase.
