I have lifted off and on but this time I have had better results by adding a nutritional plan and supplements. I have learned a lot since from BB.com
Why I Love It:
I like how I feel being in better shape. I like how I am much stronger than ever before. I like the imvrovement I have made in how my body looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out has become routine for me in that its a part of my day to day life. I listen to music and with intense focus I meet small goals I set for myself while working twords larger goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained about 30 pounds of lean mass while loosing about the same amount of bodyfat.
OK, I probably wont be heavyweight champ but my goal is to fairly well conditioned at 10% bodyfat. I dont need to be so ripped that im in the single digits. I begun my quest at apx 24% BFP and I have reached 12%. Currently im about 13.5% because of limited training due to a leg injury. I also want to continue to gain lean mass.

Currently im using a A1, B1, A2, B2 split with 4 lifting days and 3 rest days per week. I work each muscle twice a week doing each exercise once a week. I am not working my legs right now due to a pinched Sciatiac nerve from over tightness. I didnt stretch enough! Im not doing any cardio right...
