How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
If I'm training for a show, not very long. I incorporate a lot of dropsets and supersets to really engorge the muscles with blood. I prefer high volume over just throwing up heavy weight and waiting 5 minutes in between a set. It's somewhat like mixing cardio and weight training.If I'm training for a show, not very long. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Barbell bench press....SOOOOOO OVERRATED!!! It puts too much pressure on your rotator cuffs, and anyway you get a fuller range of motion with dumbbells.
im not much of a bodybuilder yet but do you know where comps are around central florida? ive never been to one and want to take my wife to one also....jamie
