How I Started:

Why I Love It:
I do it for myself, I am a recovering drug addict, and it keeps me in line.
I love the science of nutrition in relation to how just a proper diet and fitness routine can CHANGE your life

music, progression, getting good feedback from people, having people ask me questions about fitness when I used to be that person.
