When I was a kid it was because I so admired Flex Wheeler and Dorian Yates and all them guys. Most of all Arnold! But I did it cause I was a skinny kid and getting bigger kept people off my back. And you get more respect if you take care of yourself. It's a fact of life.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of accomplishment I have especially after a hard training session when I know I could've just skipped that day. A resurgance of spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Pumping Iron sometimes. Otherwise my chum Richard and I motivate eachother to keep pushing.
I'm in the phase of bulking so that in spring I can cut back down.
Goal (Long):
This is fairly easy to do by keeping empty calories out of the equation and adding some good carbs and a bit of fat to the mix. This is every bodybuilder's "happy time" in Wisconsin.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
