About to start the 20 rep squat program. After reading other peoples experiences, psyching myself up and getting ready to feel the PAIN!!! don't know what weight im gonna start on for the 20 reps, but I normally squat 190kg for 10, but dunno how many i can do at 20! Just about to have...

Ha ha, that's the thing. Its never enough weight. I haven't met anyone on this site that has said they didn't want to add more muscle.
You still got some good size on you though.
