I dropped my body weight from chubby 203 pounds to 150 pounds of floppy skin and subcutaneous fat. I was on diet, and I wanted to eat, and basically I started to work out so I could eat more. Little did I know about all the factors involved:).
Why I Love It:
Because of introspection and focus inseparable from working out. Through years of training mind inevitably shifts inwards, in the best meaning of the word.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it. Since the day I started, I push myself to be better than last year.
BB Accomplishments:
Transformation from 150 of loose, soft muscle to current 230 pounds od much leaner physique.
Lean mass, as much as possible. Inner strength and focus.
Goal (Long):
Basically it's the quest of self-transformation, not just physical, but mental as well. Through the years I strive for more and more focus, more and more inner strength. I want to challenge myself through years to come.
