How I Started:
I was real big into martial arts and a lot of the guys I was working out with was lifting weights a lot and I just developed an interest in it and started learning everything I could about nutrition, training and supplementation.
Why I Love It:
The challenge of pushing myself beyond my limits.

I've always been big into martial arts and fighting. After a car accident, I gained about 60lbs that I desperately want to get rid of.
I have set a goal for myself to lose the 60lbs and get back to my fighting weight of 220lbs.

Another great workout today. Did Arms. For my biceps I did dumbbell curls and standing cable curls. Pyramided up on each set. Definitely got a good burn. I did the last set of each exercise to failure to make sure that I hit the muscle hard enough.
