I went to a local competition and was hugely impressed by the female physiques.
Why I Love It:
Feel and look better than i did in my 20's!

never felt better and i'm motivating others, especially busy moms.

the countdown is on! training and dieting hard.... really want to do well at the INBF show in Buffalo, i'm so focused and right on target. I'll lean out a bit more before i step on stage. thanks for checking in....
