How I Started:	I wanted to make a change of lifestyle. I used to be a model, and worked in television as an extra. I liked the way I looked then. Life happened and I slowed down a bit. I decided to join a gym and challenge myself to get back in shape. Along the way my friend told me about www.mybodysite.com and I checked it out. I AM NOW USING BOTH THIS SITE AND WWW.MYBODYSITE.COM FOR INFORMATION AND SUPPORT ON MY JOURNEY TO A NEW AND HEALTHIER ME!
Why I Love It:	I like to working out (after it's over) because I feel I have more energy. I can also see the difference in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:	Boy, that is hard for me. I jut try to stay focused on the end result.
