Good work on the 17 lbs. You should look into Crossfit, there is probably a crossfit gym near you and it is a great workout!

Let's get that profile filled out so you can be a part of things here. My wife Michelle wanted to lose weight too. She is a great runner and can run 5 days a week without losing her belly and hips. She had to cut sugars from her diet completely. She gets all her energy from complex carbs now and she is hot. Hope this helps!
